Hi!  I'm Evan.  I'm in the cake biz.  Baking and cake decorating is what I love to do.

In my spare time, however, I enjoy other things.  Like frolicking through the wilderness...

...and hanging out with the hubby and the dogs...

...and take pictures of food and other inanimate objects with my fancy-shmancy Canon Rebel.

Oh, and I'm funny.  I love making people laugh.  The world needs more laughing and I'm sho' 'nuff gonna give it to 'em!
